We keep WooCommerce stores fast, safe and selling.

Tadrik is a small WooCommerce company. We do the upkeep and the fixes, for store owners and for agencies that look after client stores, and we make small plugins that each do one job.

01 / What we sell

Three kinds of work.

For agencies: Tadrik Care: white-label upkeep for your clients' stores, with every update tested on a copy first. Dev tickets: one WooCommerce task, one price agreed before we start.
For store owners: One-off jobs at a fixed price: Store fix, Speed fix and Accessibility fix. Tadrik Watch shops your store every hour and tells you when it breaks. The free store check is the place to start.
Plugins: Small tools for WooCommerce. Checkout Rules, Stock Digest and Tadrik Inbox are on WordPress.org. See all plugins.

02 / How we work

Copy first, price first, in writing.

On a copy: Updates and fixes go onto a staging copy first, and the checkout is tested before anything reaches a live store.
Fixed prices: You see the price before any work starts. Our refund terms are published.
By email: You email us, we reply the same working day. No calls to book and no portal to learn.
Your access: You add our public SSH key to a user you choose, and remove it when you stop. We never ask for an administrator password. NDA on request, signed before you send a store.

The case study. More than 20 live stores updated every week, and what our checks caught in testing, with no store names.
The research. We checked 3,600 live UK and US WooCommerce stores. 858 of them (24%) run a version with a serious security hole that already has a fix.
Our code in public. You can read and install our plugins from WordPress.org before you trust us with anything.

The founder.

Georgios Kandilas

Georgios is a developer and systems engineer who works on WooCommerce day to day. In 2026 he moved more than 20 production WooCommerce stores from managed hosting to a self-managed server, and he has been their only on-call engineer since: patching, backups and incident response.

Tadrik is small: one founder, plus automated checks for the repeated work. Georgios works from Greece, so he is two hours ahead of the UK.

Legal name: GiantKan Ltd, incorporated in the UK on 30 January 2021, company no. 13168730. Tadrik is its product, started in 2026.
Registered office: 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom. That's our registered address. The work is done remotely.
