01 / How it works
What it does.
A returns page that builds itself
Customers enter their order number and email, or click Return items in My Account. Your window, excluded categories and reasons decide what can be returned.
Exchange first
Pro: the first offer is another size or colour of the same product. The new item ships on a free exchange order.
Store credit with a bonus
Pro: the second offer is store credit worth the refund plus a bonus (10% to start), sent as a single-use coupon for that customer.
Refund last
If they still want their money, the refund goes back through the payment gateway when you mark the parcel received.

Pro: a report of return rate, top reasons, most returned products, and revenue kept against revenue refunded.

Install
- Download the zip.
- In WordPress, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and choose it.
- Activate it and open Tadrik in the admin menu to set it up.
Pro installs the same way and replaces the free plugin; your settings stay. Needs WordPress 6.5+, WooCommerce 8.6+ and PHP 7.4+.

Does it print shipping labels?
No. You can add a label link template that is emailed with the approval, so you can use the label service you have today.
Is the store credit a real coupon?
Yes, a normal WooCommerce coupon, single use and locked to the customer's email.
Do I need an account anywhere?
No. Everything runs inside your own WooCommerce store; nothing is sent to us.
