For WooCommerce / checkout
Show each order only the payment and shipping methods that fit.
Hide cash on delivery on big orders, offer bank transfer only to trade customers, set a minimum order. Write the rule once in WooCommerce and every checkout follows it, block or classic.
Free plugin. Unlimited rules. Works with the block checkout and the classic one.
01 / The problem
Every store has a few checkout rules. WooCommerce has nowhere to put them.
So they live in your head, in a note by the till, or in three plugins that don't know about each other.
- No cash on delivery over $300
- Bank transfer only for trade accounts
- No free shipping on pallets
- Orders start at $50
- Trade buys in packs of 6
02 / How it works
Pick a rule, test it, switch it on.
Pick a rule
Start from a common one or write your own: what should happen, and when. Each rule reads as a sentence.
Hide Cash on delivery when cart total ≥ $300Test a cart
Set up a customer, an address and a cart, and see what they would be offered and which rule did it.
Cash on delivery → hidden by rule 02Switch it on
Every checkout follows it from the next page load, block or classic.
Rule 02 → On03 / What you can set
One plugin for payment, shipping and minimum order.
- Payment methods
- Hide some, or offer only some.
- Shipping methods
- Hide some, offer only some, or hide the paid ones when free shipping is on offer.
- Stop an order
- A minimum or maximum order, or any order you can't take, with your own message ("Add $12.50 more").
- Conditions
- Cart total, number of items, weight, products, categories, shipping classes, coupon, customer role or guest, country or state, and the shipping method picked.
- More conditions
- Postcode with wildcards, past orders, email or email domain, day and time.
- Safety
- If your rules would leave no way to pay or ship, every method shows and you get a warning. If anything breaks inside the plugin, the checkout runs as if it weren't there.
- Checkouts
- Block checkout, classic checkout, and HPOS.
- Your data
- The plugin makes no calls to outside services. Your rules stay in your WordPress.
04 / Free while we launch
Everything is free while we launch.
Launch
Freeevery feature, any number of sites
- Hide or offer only some payment and shipping methods
- Minimum and maximum order, with your own message
- Rename shipping methods for some customers
- Packs, minimum and maximum quantity per product or category
- Postcode, past-order, email and day-and-time conditions
- Import and export your rules
What happens later
We want people using it first, so nothing is locked. Paid plans for larger shops may come later; if they do, early users keep what they have.
Your rules are stored in your own WordPress and keep working.
05 / Questions
Straight answers.
Does it work with the block checkout?
Yes. Rules apply the same way to the block checkout and to a classic checkout page. The payment and shipping lists update when the customer changes their address or shipping method.
How do I set a minimum order amount?
Add a rule with "Stop the order with a message" and the condition "Cart total is less than 50". The message can say how much is missing, for example "Add $12.50 more to check out". Or start from the "A minimum order" rule, which is set up this way.
My rule doesn't seem to work. How do I check it?
Open the Test a cart tab, build a cart like your customer's and press Show me. You see every payment and shipping method, which rule hid each one, and why. If it still looks wrong, email [email protected] with a screenshot of that screen.
What if my rules hide every payment method?
The plugin shows them all instead, so the customer can still pay, and puts a warning on the Checkout Rules page with the date and the rules involved. To refuse an order on purpose, use "Stop the order with a message".
Which customer roles can I use?
Every role on your site, plus "guest" for customers who aren't logged in. Wholesale plugins that use roles, such as Wholesale Suite, WooCommerce Wholesale Pro and Addify, work as they are. B2BKing customer groups aren't roles and aren't supported yet.
Is it really free?
Yes. Every feature is free while we launch. Paid plans for larger shops may come later; early users keep what they have.
Is it available yet?
Not yet. The free plugin is not on WordPress.org yet, and this page will point to the listing as soon as it is. Until then, write to [email protected] and we'll tell you when it is out.
Write your first rule in two minutes.
Install the free plugin, pick a common rule, test it on a cart, switch it on.
