For WooCommerce stores / Accessibility fix
Customers who use a screen reader or a keyboard can shop and check out.
We fix the accessibility problems in your store’s theme and templates, in the code. Not covered up with a widget. One fix in a template fixes every page built from it.
Paid up front, one store. If we can’t fix what we list, you get a full refund. Usually 3 to 5 working days (est.).
Accessibility fix, one store
$499or £399 for UK stores. One-off, no subscription.
- Fixed in your theme, not with an overlay
- Checkout tested with a keyboard only
- A before and after report you can keep
01 / What’s included
The pages a customer needs to buy, fixed.
We work on a staging copy of your store. The live store changes only once the copy works and checkout is tested.
- Every issue an automated scan finds. We run an automated WCAG 2.2 AA check (axe-core) on your home page, a category, a product, the cart and the checkout, and fix every issue it reports in the theme. One template fix covers every page of that type.
- A keyboard-only pass through checkout. From a product to the order button, with no mouse: every field reachable, labelled and visible when focused.
- An accessibility statement page. Plain words: what we checked, what we fixed, how a customer can tell you about a problem.
- A before and after report. Each issue, where it was, what changed.
- Staging first. Everything on a copy, checkout tested, then the live store at a quiet hour, checked again.
02 / Why it matters
Customers who can’t check out leave. In the US, some sue.
- 3,117 federal website accessibility suits were filed in the US in 2025, up 27% on 2024.
- About 7 in 10 digital accessibility suits in 2025 were against online stores.
- $1 million: the FTC’s 2025 order against accessiBe, an overlay maker, over claims that its widget made websites meet accessibility standards.

03 / What we won’t say
No promises a scan can’t keep.
- We never call a store “compliant” or “lawsuit-proof”. Nobody honest can.
- Automated checks find part of the problems. Some need a person to judge, like whether an image description makes sense. The report says which part we covered.
- This isn’t legal advice. If you have a legal letter, talk to a lawyer. We can fix the code they point to.
04 / How it starts
Pay, then we email you within one working day.
- Access. You create a temporary admin account for us and delete it afterwards, or give us your host’s staging.
- No passwords by email. We never ask for card details or your own password by email.
- The fix. We scan, fix on the copy, test checkout, then update the live store and send the report.
05 / Questions
Straight answers.
Why not an overlay widget?
An overlay adds a script on top of the page and leaves the code underneath as it was. Screen reader users often switch overlays off because they get in the way. Fixing the theme fixes the page for everyone, with nothing extra to load.
How long does it take?
Usually 3 to 5 working days from access (est.), depending on the theme and how many plugins draw the pages.
What about afterwards?
A new theme version or plugin can bring problems back. Tadrik Watch, at $19 or £15 a month, re-scans the same pages every month and tells you when something new appears.
Why did you email me?
We ran the same automated check on a few public pages of your store, the way any visitor’s browser loads them. We didn’t fill in any form or add anything to a cart.
Who are you?

06 / Free report
See what the scan finds on your store.
We run the check on your home page, a category, a product and the cart, and email you the list in plain words. Free, no call.
