01 / How it works
What it does.
Edit window
You choose how long customers can change an order: 30 minutes, 2 hours, a day. Guests get a secure link in their order email; logged-in customers see it in My Account.
Fix the address
Shipping and billing address changes go straight onto the order, with a note and an email to you, before anything ships.
Cancel with a refund
A cancel inside the window refunds through the payment gateway when it supports refunds, and puts the stock back. Otherwise it records the refund and tells you to send it.
Hold until the window ends
Pro: new orders wait in an “Editable” status until the window closes, so the warehouse never packs an order that is still changing.
Sizes and quantities
Pro: swap to another size or colour of the same product, take units off (refunded) or add units (a linked order for the difference).

Install
- Download the zip.
- In WordPress, go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin and choose it.
- Activate it and open Tadrik in the admin menu to set it up.
Pro installs the same way and replaces the free plugin; your settings stay. Needs WordPress 6.5+, WooCommerce 8.6+ and PHP 7.4+.

Straight answers.
Which payment methods refund automatically?
Any WooCommerce gateway that supports refunds (Stripe, PayPal Payments and most card gateways). For bank transfer or cash on delivery the refund is recorded on the order and you send the money yourself.
Can a customer edit after the order ships?
No. Edits are only allowed inside the window and in the order statuses you allow (Processing and On hold to start).
Is the guest link safe?
Each link carries a signed token for that one order. A changed or copied token for another order is refused.
