Terms of service
1. Who we are
Tadrik is a product of GiantKan Ltd (company no. 13168730), 20-22 Wenlock Road, London N1 7GU, United Kingdom ("we"). You are the business using it ("you"). We sell to businesses only.
2. What Tadrik does
It reads the orders you forward to it (PDFs, spreadsheets, email text, scans) and creates draft orders in your WooCommerce store. Nothing becomes a real order until you approve it. Reading uses AI and can be wrong, which is why every order starts as a draft: you are responsible for checking drafts before approving them.
3. Trial, price and billing
Plans start with a 14-day free trial. Freemius, our reseller and merchant of record, takes your card when the trial starts and bills monthly after it ends. The founding price of $49 a month (up to 100 orders a month) stays yours for as long as your subscription runs without a gap of more than 30 days; it cannot be transferred. See the refund policy.
4. Your data
Your documents and store data stay yours. We use them only to provide the service. See the privacy policy.
5. Fair use
No illegal content, no attempts to break or overload the service, and no reselling without our written agreement.
6. Availability
We work to keep Tadrik running and fix problems quickly, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or error-free.
7. Liability
As far as the law allows, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits.
8. Changes and ending
We may change the service or these terms with 30 days' notice by email. You can cancel any time. We may close an account that breaks these terms, refunding any unused prepaid time.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
