We update WordPress, WooCommerce, your theme and every plugin on a private copy of your store, fix whatever the updates break and test the checkout. Then we do the same on the live store and check it again.
Paid up front. If we can’t fix it, you get a full refund. Usually done in 2 working days. We look after more than 20 live WooCommerce stores and update them every week.

01 / What we do
The live store changes only once the copy works.
A store can load fine and still not take orders, so the checkout is what we test.
- Copy. We copy your store to a private staging copy.
- Update. WordPress, WooCommerce, the theme and every plugin, on the copy.
- Fix. Whatever the updates break, we fix on the copy.
- Checkout. Add to cart, the checkout page, and a test order where the payment method allows it.
- Live. The same updates go to the live store at a quiet hour, checkout is checked again, and we roll back if anything is off.
- Report. What was updated, what broke and how it was fixed, with the before and after versions.
02 / How it starts
Pay, then we email you within one working day.
- Access. You create a temporary admin account for us and delete it afterwards, or give us your host’s staging.
- No passwords by email. We never ask for card details or your own password by email.
- Afterwards, if you like. Care at £39 / $49 a month per store: every update tested on a copy first, checkout checked after. The first month is refundable.

Why did you email me?
We looked at the public pages of WooCommerce stores, which show the version of each plugin they load. Yours loads a version that has a published fix. Our email named the plugin and the public source of the fix, so you can check it yourself.
Is this safe?
All the work happens on a staging copy first. The live store is only updated once the copy works, and we roll back if anything is off afterwards.
What if it’s already fixed?
Then you owe us nothing, and we’re glad.
