Give customers a few minutes after checkout to fix their address or cancel, with the refund and stock handled for you.

== Description ==

A customer types the wrong street, or orders by mistake, and emails you a minute later. WooCommerce gives them no way to fix it once the order is paid, so you change the address by hand, or cancel, refund and restock by hand.

Tadrik Order Edit opens a short edit window after checkout (30 minutes by default). Until it closes, the customer can fix the order themselves:

* **Change the shipping or billing address** from the thank-you page, from My Account > Orders, or from a link in their order email (works for guest orders too).
* **Cancel the order.** The payment is refunded through the payment method when it supports refunds (Stripe, PayPal and most card gateways). When it doesn't (bank transfer, cash on delivery), a refund record is made and a note on the order tells you to send the money back. Stock goes back on the shelf.

Every change is written in the order notes with the old and the new value, and you get an email each time.

**Settings** (WooCommerce > Order Edit)

* Window length in minutes (1 to 1440).
* Which changes are allowed: address, cancel.
* Which order statuses can be changed: Pending payment, On hold, Processing.
* Who gets the change emails.

**Safe by design**

* Links for guests are signed with a secret only your site knows (HMAC), tied to one order, and stop working when the window closes.
* Every form has a nonce; every input is cleaned and checked.
* Works with HPOS (High-Performance Order Storage) and the block checkout.

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Where does the customer see it? =

Under the order details on the thank-you page and in My Account > Orders > View, and through the "Change my order" link in the order confirmation email while the window is open.

= What happens after the window closes? =

The forms and the link stop working. The customer sees a message to contact you.

= Does cancelling refund the money? =

Yes, through the payment method when it supports automatic refunds. Otherwise the refund is recorded on the order and a note tells you to return the money by hand. Unpaid orders are just cancelled.

= What happens if I delete it? =

Deleting the plugin removes only its own settings. Your orders aren't touched.
