Let approved trade customers pay by invoice on Net 30 terms, with due dates, invoice emails and a mark-paid screen.

== Description ==

Trade buyers expect to order now and pay in 30 days. WooCommerce has bank transfer and cheque, but nothing that limits invoice payment to the customers you trust, tracks when each invoice is due, or shows you who still owes what.

Tadrik Net Terms adds a "Pay by invoice" payment method that only approved customers see. Each order placed with it gets an invoice number and a due date, the customer gets an invoice email with your bank details and a link to pay by card later, and you get one screen of open invoices with a "Mark paid" button.

**What it does**

* A "Pay by invoice" payment method, shown only to logged-in customers you approve on their user profile, or to whole user roles (for example a wholesale role).
* Terms per customer: Net 7, 15, 30, 45, 60 or any number of days. A store default for everyone else.
* Each invoice order gets an invoice number from its own sequence (prefix with the year, for example INV-2026-0001) and a due date.
* The customer gets an HTML invoice email: invoice number, amount, due date, items, your payment instructions and a link to pay online by card.
* New invoice orders go on hold (or straight to processing if you ship before payment).
* WooCommerce > Net Terms lists every open invoice with its due date and days overdue. "Mark paid" records the payment date, moves the order on and adds an order note.
* If the customer pays online with the link, the invoice closes by itself.
* A daily run flags overdue invoices with an order note.
* Works with the block checkout and the classic checkout, and with WooCommerce order storage in its own tables (HPOS).

== Frequently Asked Questions ==

= Who sees "Pay by invoice"? =

Only logged-in customers you have approved on their profile, or customers in a role you allowed in the settings. Guests and everyone else never see it.

= Can the customer pay by card later? =

Yes. The invoice email has a link to the order's payment page. When they pay there, the invoice is closed and the order moves on.

= What happens if I delete it? =

Deleting the plugin removes its settings. Orders, invoice numbers on orders and customer approvals stay, because they are your records.
